Maryland-based MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC expanded its leasing agent presence into Delaware with the recent assignment of two retail listings, Coastal Station and Dupont Boulevard situated in Rehoboth Beach and Dagsboro.
MacKenzie Retail, LLC members Sean Langford, Chris Walsh, and Michael Lang will represent the properties.
Coastal Station, located at 19791 Coastal Highway, outside Rehoboth Beach, is a new mixed-use project.
The development features 15,800 square feet of ground-level retail, a new 75,000 square foot Aloft Hotel and 149,725 square feet of residential condominiums.
The site is across from Tanger Outlets. Site work on new space has commenced with delivery anticipated for the first quarter of 2021.
To date, Royal Farms, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, and Chaps Famous Pit Beef have joined the project.
The Dagsboro site at Dupont Boulevard and Nine Foot Road has 4.94 acres of retail/commercial land at a signalized intersection.
The corner pad sites could be used for daycare, bank, fast food, automotive services, car wash, convenience stores, and other purposes. Concept plans are currently in the works, MacKenzie stated in a release.
