Beebe Healthcare held a drive-thru coronavirus screening event on Saturday, March 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bayview Medical Center at 33663 Bayview Medical Dr. in Lewes.
As noted in the social media post below, nearly 250 people were screened.
The screening event was for people who had symptoms or those who have traveled outside the United States in the past 14 days or had exposure to someone who was found with the virus..
Beebe is the state’s third-largest healthcare-hospital system. ChristianaCare, the state’s largest system held a drive-thru event in Wilmington on Friday.
