The Delaware Division of Small Business has released the application for the State of Delaware Hospitality Emergency Loan Program (HELP) is available here.
The program offers no-interest loans of up to $10,000 a month for Delaware hospitality businesses affected by the Coronavirus outbreak. Restaurants are closed to all but take-out and delivery in Delaware under an emergency declaration.
The loan is limited to businesses in specified NAICS codes and businesses that have been generating revenue for at least 12 months.
