The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce has refreshed its logo for the first time in 40 years.
The new logo honors the organizations history and identity while highlighting how the State Chamber is looking towards the future, according to a release.
The logo features the cupola tower at the top of Legislative Hall to represent the State Chamber’s public policy efforts. The window is the shape of Delaware to show the State Chamber is a statewide organization looking out for the entire business community up and down the state.
The ‘C’ encircling Legislative Hall stands for ‘Chamber’ and harkens back to the historic brand its members have known over the years. The text has ‘bookends’ that spell ‘DE,’ the state’s abbreviation, another nod at being a statewide organization, the release noted.
The Delaware State Chamber was founded in 1837.
