WIN Factory Co-Working Space held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday.
The WIN Factory, founded by Tamara Varella and business partners Linda Watson and Influencers Lab Media, is currently home to 17 Wilmington-based businesses.

The WIN Factory provides free parking, WIFI and printing, conference room, mailbox, event space with equipment, 24-hour access, kitchenette and free WIN Factory Wealth League Membership.
The WIN Factory Wealth League provides access to information, strategy, resources, and opportunities, a release stated.
