The Delaware State Police are investigating the second fatal dump truck accident in recent weeks in Sussex County.
The latest fatality mishap occurred on December 5 at around 7:45 a.m., when troopers were called to Bros Landscaping at 24452 Hollyville Road, Millsboro.
It was learned that an employee was working on a dump truck on site. The employee was found by the owner of the business pinned underneath the dump truck.
The victim, identified as 34-year-old Jose Zamora-Rivera of Milton was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Earlier, a Maryland man died of electric shock when the dump truck touched a powerline.
