Exit ramps at the I-95 and Carr Road interchange in north Wilmington will open on Sunday night with a new traffic pattern and signal.
The Delaware Department of Transportation reported that Exit 9/I-95 northbound to Marsh Road will reopen on Sunday evening.
When exiting from I-95, motorists will find a new traffic signal at Carr Road. Carr Road will also be reopened between Rockwood Business Park and Marsh Road to all traffic.
Also, the I-95 Southbound On-Ramp from Marsh Road southbound will be reopened.
Left turns from Marsh Road to Carr Road and left turns to I-95 southbound will not be permitted. Detours will remain in place until the completion of construction in 2020.
