The Bancorp, Inc. names directors
The Bancorp, Inc., north Wilmington, announced the addition of Daniela Mielke and Stephanie Mudick to its Board of Directors.
Mielke has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held numerous leadership roles. She is currently the North American CEO of RS2 Inc., one of the leading providers of payment processing services in Europe and Asia Pacific.
[Not a valid template]Mielke is also Managing Partner of Commerce Technology Advisors, LLC, a privately held consulting firm which she founded in April 2016. Commerce Technology Advisors, LLC provides services to technology, financial services and private equity companies on organic and inorganic growth strategies, building payment businesses, and using artificial intelligence.
Mudick has had a long-standing career in the financial services industry, most recently having spent 11 years as Executive Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and Co. During her tenure, she served as Head of Regulatory Strategy, where she managed the global regulatory agenda for the firm across all of its businesses and products.
Mudick served Citigroup, Inc. in various roles providing a wide array of banking, lending, insurance and investment services to individuals and small business consumers in over 50 countries, with $12 billion in earnings, and as General Counsel of the firm.
Cover & Rossiter names principal
Cover & Rossiter welcomed Lori Schneider to the firm as a Principal in the Audit Department.
Schneider received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Widener University. In addition she holds the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) through the AICPA. She is a licensed CPA in DE and PA.
Pennington joins Saint Francis health team
Saint Francis Healthcare and the Partners in CardioVascular Health announced the addition of Joseph Pennington III, MD.
Pennington received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Medical Center of Delaware in Newark now ChristianaCare.
Pennington completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease and subspecialty training in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at MCP/Hahnemann University Hospitals. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Pennington is board certified in both Cardiology and in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
TKo Hospitality names sales, marketing director
Skip Coleman has joined TKo Hospitality as the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing.
Coleman began his career at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa, and Marina as a food and beverage manager, which lad him to a career path in group sales.
After seven years at the Hyatt Regency, Coleman left the hospitality industry and was the Project Sales Manager for Cambridge Architectural. After 3 years with Cambridge Architectural, he returned to the hospitality industry where he most recently served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel in Ocean City, Maryland.
Bayhealth adds physician
Bayhealth Gastroenterology, Sussex Campus welcomed new doctor Vineet Gudsoorkar, MD.
Gudsoorkar comes to Bayhealth from Houston Methodist Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical College in Houston, Texas. During his residency, he served as chief resident in their Department of Internal Medicine, and then completed his gastroenterology fellowship there. He holds a bachelor of medicine and surgery from Terna Medical College, Maharashtra University of Health Science in India.
Izraelson to become CEO of La Comunidad Hispana
LCH (La Comunidad Hispana) announced that Mariana Izraelson, will become CEO at the southern Chester County health care organization beginning of December.
She will be relocating from the Baltimore area where she served as the Executive Director for Shepherd’s Clinic.
Izraelson has a Doctorate in Psychology and Clinical Psychology and she is originally from Argentina.
