More than 19,000 Delmarva Power customers are without power after a storm with high winds and heavy rain moved through Cecil County, MD and New Castle County.
The outage map for the utility showed more than 4,000 people without power in Cecil, with the remainder in New Castle County.
By Tuesday morning, power had been restored all but 800 customers.
The latest round of storms will be followed by cooler temperatures.
