Richards Paving owner buys Downingtown company

Richards Paving owner  Advanced Pavement Group announced the acquisition of  Dan Malloy Paving Inc. of Downingtown, PA.

Since its formation, Advanced Pavement Group has made acquisitions of companies that include including Long Island, NY, South Plainfield, NJ, Millville, NJ, and northern Delaware-based Richards Paving.

Richards also operates an asphalt plant in northern Delaware. The company specializes in commercial work outside the “heavy highway” market. 

The addition of Dan Malloy Paving Inc. supports a coverage area including New Jersey, Long Island, New York’s five boroughs, Westchester County, Connecticut, Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and northeastern Maryland.

Bob Bureski, president of Dan Malloy Paving Inc., will remain as President of Advanced Pavement Group’s Southeastern Pennsylvania Branch.

Advanced Pavement Group Corp. is owned by the  Dubin Clark  private equity  company.
