Delaware State Police have arrested a Camden Wyoming man in connection with multiple construction burglaries.

Mark T. Long was apprehended in connection with multiple thefts of aluminum concrete forms from homes under construction.

It was determined that Long was also responsible for two separate burglaries, one occurring in Camden Wyoming, and the other in Marydel, between May 13 and April 15. Both residences sustained damage and appeared to be vacant or under construction during the time of the incidents, troopers reported.

On July 17, the Troop 3 Criminal Investigation Unit executed a search warrant at Mark Long’s residence in Camden Wyoming. During the search, detectives located approximately $7,100.00 worth of stolen property from both burglaries. It was also determined that some of the stolen property went to  a local pawn shop.

Long was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $2,800.00 secured bond.
