Wilmington-based developer, The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc., BPGS Construction, and ResideBPG will hold a ceremony Wednesday afternoon to mark phase I of the redevelopment of the former Concord Plaza office park.
The ceremony will mark the grand opening of The Concord, a luxury apartment community with rents ranging from $1,450 to $2,540 a month.
The site on Silverside Road near Route 202 (Concord Pike) also includes the recently opened El Camino Mexican restaurant and later Taverna. The multi-location Platinum Dining Group will operate both restaurants. Platinum has a Taverna location in Newark.
