Gregg M. Feinberg of Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, Allentown, PA, along with Jud Wambold of TacTix Real Estate Advisors, LLC represented Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) on its 32,521 square foot office lease located at 700 Prides Crossing, south of Newark.
The property, a multi-tenant office building known as Iron Hill Corporate Center is owned by Office Partners XIII Iron Hill, LLC, an affiliate of Buccini/Pollin Group, which was represented by John S. Kaczowka of CBRE, Inc.
“We are excited to announce the new location of our Delaware office which will be effective on July 1, 2019,” said Thomas A. Salvaggio, president of CAI. “The office layout allows us to lease less space than before while supporting more associates. Due to the services we provide out of that office, the extremely robust, dual feed electric service with significant back-up capabilities will enhance the benefits to our customers.”
“CAI wanted to be in the area that provided easy access for its employees while remaining close to Newark and it required convenient parking, significant electric service and backup and strong technology infrastructure,” said Feinberg. “We searched the entire corridor and found a great first-floor office suite that met all CAI’s requirements.”
CAI is a $600 million business technology services firm based in Allentown.
