The newest entry in a wave of breakfast-brunch restaurants is slated to open this week.
Eggspectation made the announcement in a Facebook post.
The franchise is part of locally based High Five Hospitality, which has Delaware and Maryland Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant locations, as well as Limestone BBQ & Bourbon near Kirkwood Highway between Newark and Wilmington, and Stone Balloon Ale House in Newark.
Eggspectation will open in a Stanton-Christiana location adjacent to High Five’s Buffalo Wild Wings location and its headquarters and near Delaware Park.
Eggspectation will differ from the recently opened First Watch and Turning Point restaurants in the Christiana area by offering dinner service as well as alcoholic beverages. It will also feature juices, espresso, and coffees.
Eggspectation is a Canadian-based chain that has locations in Maryland.
