B Safe, Inc., a regional provider of security and fire alarms to Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, accquired Securitech, Inc. of Wilmington and DC Security Systems of Toms River, NJ.
The purchase of these two companies gives Wilmington-based B Safe, Inc. added coverage in the Wilmington area and Toms River NJ, said Philip Gardner, B Safe, Inc. president. Both companies were chosen based on their locations within B Safe’s current territories.
B Safe has been in operation for more than 35 years.
