M&T Bank has added a new product to its lineup that makes banking more accessible to these “unbanked” consumers, including those who have been denied a traditional bank account in the past.
About eight percent of the population does not have a traditional bank account.
M&T is the largest full-service bank in Delaware.
M&T’s new MyWay Banking product helps customers get on track to better manage their finances. This “checkless” checking account provides the same benefits of a traditional checking account, including a debit card and mobile banking, without worries over overdraft fees or bounced checks.
