Firefighters from area companies are on the scene of a blaze this morning at a business structure in the Stanton-Christiana area south of Newark near Delaware Park and the JPMorgan Chase site.
Reports indicated that the building collapsed during the blaze.
No occupant was listed for the building, which at one time housed a furniture restoration company.
