AB&C ad agency acquires Caspari McCormack

Aloysius Butler & Clark (AB&C) has acquired  Wilmington-based Caspari McCormick.

AB+C, which is based in Wilmington, is now the largest independently owned full-service advertising agency in the Delaware Valley, a release stated.

As a result of the acquisition, partners and creative directors Matt Caspari and Sean McCormick, as well as other members of their team, will join AB&C. Caspari McCormick clients include CarSense, Calico, Acts Retirement Life Communities and the Museum of the American Revolution, and others. 

Revenues of  Caspari McCormick total around $1.5 million.

AB+C  took an offbeat approach in announcing the acquisition. (See accompanying photo).

  The Caspari McCormick team had been integrated into AB&C’s Wilmington headquarters by Jan. 1, 2019 and is now collaborating with the agency’s team of account services, creative, public relations, social, digital and media professionals in AB&C’s three offices.

Veterans of agencies from New York to Chicago to London, Caspari and McCormick formed the firm in 2001, doing creative and branding work for a number of businesses in various consumer segments.  

AB&C is a 47-year-old full-service marketing communications agency with offices in Wilmington, Delaware, and Philadelphia and Bloomsburg, PA.

 Adweek recently selected the agency as one of its 50 “Top Shops” in the nation.
