“Fearless Girl” has a new home and is now staring down the New York Stock Exchange.
Fearless Girl is the work of Lewes sculptor Kristen Visbal. The confident pose quickly drew international attention when it was unveiled in March 2017.

Fearless Girl, which has become a tourist attraction in the Wall Street area had previously stared down the legendary bull sculpture. Its placement drew the ire of the bull sculptor.
The sculpture was commissioned by investment company State Street on International Women’s Day as the Me Too movement was gathering strength.
The new location drew praise from the Stock Exchange. A plaque is now at its former location.
