DowDuPont announces boards of spinoff companies

DowDuPont announced the members of the future boards of directors its three future spinoffs –  of Dow, DuPont, and Corteva Agriscience.

DowDuPont CEO Ed Breen will become executive chairman of DuPont, with longtime DuPont board member Eleuthère I. du Pont getting a seat. Breen wlll be a board member of Corteva. Both DuPont and Corteva will be based in northern Delaware.
