Public art has long been a point of pride and even a tourism draw in Philadelphia.

British artists took things to another level with a sea creature adding a striking touch to the Navy Yard. Redevelopment is taking place at the complex, with the former DuPont coatings business, now known as Axalta, building a research and development center.

The artwork is temporary and was slated to be at the warehouse for 45 days.
