Zakutny started her career in the Financial Services industry in 1987 at Smith Barney in New York City. She moved to Delaware in 1995 where she worked at JP Morgan and advanced to Vice President. She served as a Manager at Vanguard. Before starting her own company, she worked as a Financial Advisor at Met Life.
She is a graduate of Queens College, City University of New York where she received her Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Economics.
