Shelbourne University and LLCS Management announced leases at University Office Plaza, south of Newark and off Interstate 95 and Route 273.
Delaware Sleep Disorders Centers has signed a renewal and expanded their space by 50 percent. Delaware Sleep treats obstructive sleep apnea and other sleep-related disorders.
Shelbourne University and LLCS Management announced the following signed leases that include technology companies, healthcare and service providers, nonprofit organizations, and tenants seeking furnished/unfurnished micro offices.
Dr. Anthony practicing physical therapy, Superb LLC – a construction company, Kinoland Logistics, and Mawuali – a trucking company, all signed new leases at the property.
The property continues to lease micro-offices through their small space program with newly built and all-inclusive turnkey suites ranging in size from 250 square feet to 20,000 square feet.
The property currently has round floor space available consisting of 5,800 square feet, second-floor elevator-served space of 4,500 square feet, and smaller units located throughout the complex. All of these spaces can be divided.
