Wilmington Brew Works has opened on Miller Road, Wilmington.
A tasting room is open from Thursday through Sunday. The opening weekend features food trucks.
The opening marks the return of a production brewery to Wilmington, which is also the home of the Stitch House Brewery in downtown Wilmington and Iron Hill Brewery. Neither currently distributes outside the premises.

Wilmington Brew Works will also be available at the Pickled Pig in Rehoboth Beach, Half Full in Lewes and Kindle Restaurant in Lewes. The three Two Stones Pubs in Hockessin, Newark and Wilmington will also carry Brew Works’s brands.
The number of craft breweries-meaderies continues to grow in northern Delaware with openings in recent years including Dew Point in Yorklyn, Midnight Oil in Glasgow, Volunteer Brewing in Middletown and Liquid Alchemy near Wilmington. Twin Lakes Brewing relocated from Greenville to Newport.
Local breweries, including Wilmington Brew Works, featured their offerings on Saturday at the Downtown Brewfest in Wilmington. Under a revised state law, breweries and distilleries also have the ability to sell products other than their own.
