La Tolteca is now open at its new location in Concord Square Shopping Center off Concord Pike  in north Wilmington.

The  Mexican restaurant moved its Wilmington location from its former location in the Fairfax Shopping Center into its new building, formerly a Chili’s restaurant, at 4147 Concord Pike.

NAI Emory Hill commercial real estate agents Jim O’Hara Jr., Jim O’Hara III and Kevin O’Hara represented the tenant in the lease of the 5,800 square foot building.

La Tolteca is a Delaware owned and operated group with 10  restaurants in the state. The restaurants, according to its website, operate under the Tolteca and Tonalteca names.

Chili’s closed two northern Delaware locations in Stanton and Concord Square and opened a new restaurant in the Christiana Fashion Center near the mall of the same name.
