Delaware State Police is asking individuals and media outlets in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware to share the video above and information on a fatality involving a bicyclist and a white Toyota SUV.
The incident occurred on Saturday, July 14 between 3:15 a.m. and 3:44 a.m. on (U.S. 13) South DuPont Highway southbound just south of Plymouth Road north of Felton.
A white SUV was traveling southbound on South DuPont Highway in the area of the 9000 block of South DuPont Highway when the driver struck a bicyclist.
The pictured vehicle, a white Toyota Highlander SUV, along with the driver, fled the scene. The vehicle should have damage to the front right bumper.
