Frontier Technologies CEO wins national honor

Jayshree Moorthy, CEO of Frontier Technologies, Inc., Wilmington, has been recognized as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE)Starby the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest certifier of women-owned businesses and a leader in women’s business development.

The WBE Star Award honored14 women from across the country who are leaders in their local business communities and respective fields.

“We are very proud of the 2018 WBE Stars,” says Pamela Prince-Eason, CEO of WBENC. “They are all outstanding leaders who have been instrumental in driving innovation and sustainable economic growth.”

“Above all, WBENC is a community; consisting of our closest friends, business partners, clients, and the best leaders (who happen to be women) I’ve ever known,” said Moorthy. “When I founded Frontier Technologies, as a woman, minority, and immigrant, nobody expected me to succeed. The 2018 WBE Stars were honored during the 2018 WBENC Summit & Salute, a gathering of more than 1,500 entrepreneurs and business leaders that took place in Dallas.
