Bellevue Realty, Wilmington, announced six recent commercial real estate transactions completed by Kevin McGonegal, vice president, with a combined value of over $5.2 million.

The value of individual transactions was not disclosed.

Christ Our King Roman Catholic Church, along with its attached rectory and convent, was sold to the King Group, LLC. The church held its last Mass in 2016.

The property, encompassing the entire city block from west 28th to west 29th streets,  north Madison to north Monroe streets, contains  more than  47,000 square feet of space, including a 500-seat sanctuary and 400-seat dining area in the church. The church and rectory were built around 1957, with the convent predating that work by about 30 years.

Attendance at the church had dwindled over the years as families moved to suburban locations.

Also sold to King Group LLC was the former Christ Our King School, which more recently housed the now-defunct Delaware College Preparatory Academy Charter School.

The school was sold by DCPA Holdings LLC. The school occupied most of the city block across west 28th Street from the church and contained approximately 20,000 square feet of classroom space and a gymnasium/cafeteria area.

The school was originally built in the late 1920s, with upgrades completed after the school was sold to DCPA in 2008.

Bellevue Realty, in partnership with Himmelfarb Commercial of Washington, D.C., represented the Catholic Diocese Foundation, Inc. in the sale of a vacant two-plus acre city block along Coastal Highway in Ocean City, MD to 2400 North Point LLC.

The property, one of the last undeveloped sites along Coastal Highway in Ocean City, is located in front of St. Anthony Parish and within blocks of the border with   Delaware.

Kevin McGonegal also completed two retail leases and one office lease, representing the owners of the properties.

Maribel Martinez Pedroza has leased space at 1721 Delaware Avenue in Wilmington for a hair salon.

Occupy Music has leased space at 170 E. Main Street in Newark,  for a recording studio.
