Dewey Beach’s Board of Adjustment upheld the town’s decision Monday night to deny the application for Ed’s Chicken and Crabs to rebuild as a nonconforming establishment.
Owners of the property had argued that the site was grandfathered in as a nonconforming use. The site can be rebuilt under current codes.
