We might see beer with a chocolate touch next year with the planned expansion of Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant to Hershey, PA.
Founders Kevin Finn, Mark Edelson and Kevin Davies announce they have signed a lease for their 10th Pennsylvania location of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant at West Chocolate Ave in the newly constructed Hershey Towne Square.
Iron With an anticipated opening date of January 2019, Iron Hill Hershey is located east of the Pennsylvania State Capitol, Harrisburg, and will enhance Iron Hill’s reputation as one of the region’s outstanding families of brewery/restaurants.
Located in the heart of downtown Hershey, the restaurant/brewery is a four-minute drive from Hersheypark and nearby ZooAmerica.
The 9,000-square foot space is the largest in Hershey Towne Square and will house an on-site brewing facility and seating for up to 290 including a bar area and additional outdoor space.
Iron Hill will bring made-from-scratch foods and beer to the new location in the popular tourist area. Each Iron Hill location has its own brewmaster.

Hershey Towne Square includes a retail center and a 60,000-square foot, multi-story office building. Hershey Towne Square sits less than 1 mile from Hersheypark, Hershey’s Chocolate World and surrounding destinations.
Named after the historic Revolutionary War landmark in Newark where General George Washington is believed to have battled the British, Iron Hill was a pioneering brewpub. Their 21-year consecutive medal winning streak at national and international competitions is the longest by any independent craft brewery, a release stated.
Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has 12 locations up and down the East Coast, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and soon in South Carolina. Iron Hill plans to open its first brewery in Center City Philadephia this year as well as a location near Rehoboth Beach.
