A Legacy of Opportunity is a film which documents the legacy of Delaware’s only Historically Black University: Delaware State. The program focuses on challenges faced by HBCU’s and Delaware State in particular.
It gives viewers a glimpse of the history of Dover and Delaware from the late 1800s to present day. Public radio and TV station WHYY aired the program, which was funded by Delaware Humanities.
