The 15th annual Service Industry Advertising Awards announced that the Hockessin-based public relations firm GillespieHall won three Gold Awards for its work in these categories:
- Visual Brand Identity Design for biotech start-up Avkin
- Informational Social Media Campaign on fetal alcohol syndrome for Brandywine Counseling and Community Services
- Integrated Marketing Campaign for a large school district.
The SIAA is the only advertising award program that annually recognizes creative excellence in the service industry.
A national panel of professional judges reviews every contest entry for execution, creativity, quality, consumer appeal and overall breakthrough advertising, according to a release.
The Gold Award is the highest in any category.
The 15th annual SIAA received over 1,600 entries from more than 525 advertising agencies—more than 730 institutions participated in the awards.
