Adwerx,  a provider of localized digital advertising for more than  100,000 U.S. real estate agents and brokers,  added  Delaware-based Patterson-Schwartz to the Adwerx Enterprise platform.

The program creates instant digital ads for homes listed by Patterson-Schwartz agents as soon as the property appears in the multiple listing service. The program gives each listing a week of visibility through ads on social media and popular websites online and on mobile devices. Reporting gives agents and clients information on where the ad was displayed.

“Providing detailed marketing solutions is essential to our success,” stated Donna Greenspan, senior vice president, Business Development and Corporate Strategy of Patterson-Schwartz. “The Adwerx Enterprise Automated Listing Program provides immediate visibility for properties and showcases the Patterson-Schwartz brand in our local markets.”

“Patterson-Schwartz has a tremendous reputation in our industry and they’ve stayed ahead of the pack by constantly innovating,” said Jed Carlson, CEO of Adwerx. We are honored that they chose the Adwerx Automated Listing Program as their partner for digital advertising. The system frees up agents from the task of placing advertisements so they can focus on delivering results for their clients.”

The Adwerx automated listing program launched in early 2017 and the Adwerx Enterprise division has already enrolled over a dozen brokerages nationwide. A recent case study showed that  94 percent of agents reported that their sellers had a positive response to seeing the ad and that they believed that their participation would result in increased referrals.
