Emory Hill announces transactions for Colonial Electric, EPIC Marketing

NAI Emory Hill, New Castle, represented two  Delaware firms in recent relocations within the county.

EPIC Marketing moved from its Middletown location to its new headquarters in Odessa. NAI Emory Hill agents Lorraine Sheldon and Becky Harrington represented EPIC Marketing owners Don, Nancy and Mike Dibert in the purchase of a 3,750-plus square foot building at 501 Main St. in Odessa.

EPIC Marketing is a full-service creative advertising and marketing agency providing print, digital development, and design.

Sheldon and Harrington also represented Colonial Electric Supply Company, Inc. in leasing 8,500  square feet of showroom and warehouse space at 88 Quigley Blvd. in Airport Business Center, New Castle.

Colonial Electric Supply is relocating from its Maryland Avenue location which both agents helped sell last year.

Colonial Electric is one of the largest independent, family-owned and operated electrical distributors in the Mid-Atlantic Region, serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and New York.

Founded more than a century ago Colonial has 18  locations and more than  500 employees. 

Their new showroom at 88 Quigley Blvd. will open in the spring.

NAI Emory Hill’s Dave Morrison, CCIM, represented the landlord in the transaction.
