Three restaurants are in the works in a mixed-use project in the Pike Creek area.

A site plan  for the Linden Hill Station project shows Café Americana, 1000  Degrees Pizza and a Chuck Lagers beer-focused restaurant will operate at the center at 4500 New Linden Hill Road.

DelawareOnLine  reported   Chuck Lagers will be part of the center that will also feature townhomes and office space. A contestant on the popular TV show Top Chef is a partner in the venture that will also feature gourmet hamburgers, the website reported.

A Café Americana operates in Kennett Square as a breakfast, lunch and dinner establishment. A co-owner of the restaurant confirmed that the business is in the process of signing a lease and hopes to operate the center when it is completed.
