“We are truly honored to be a recipient of the 2017 Top Workplaces award. I would like to thank the entire Bancroft team for their outstanding contributions each and every day. They set high standards for themselves and others in their pursuit of excellence and embodiment of our Guiding Principles – this is a proud moment for our company,” says Greg Sawka,  CEO.

“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits,” says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.” Claffey adds, “Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”

Founded in 1975, Bancroft Construction is a Mid-Atlantic Construction Management company focused in the Education, Science and Technology, Office, Healthcare, and Federal markets.

More than 82 percent of revenue  is from repeat clients.

Our focus has always been on doing the very best we can for our staff whether, it be through a strong commitment to their professional training and career development or in providing a work-life balance that helps them achieve their personal goals. I am very proud that we have been recognized for a 9th consecutive year and truly owe it all to our staff for their efforts in keeping us at the highest level of our profession.”

BLS continued their tradition of celebrating this honor with an ice cream party, catered by The Moo Mobile, for the BLS team and the entire Delle Donne Corporate Center.
