Dearlove is one of only two Delaware lawyers listed among Benchmark’s 2017 Top 250 Women in Litigation, and Farnan was selected for the Benchmark Litigation 2017 Under 40 Hot List, a listing of over 340 lawyers that includes only seven from Delaware.
Dearlove represents Delaware corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, and their officers, directors, and managers in corporate and fiduciary litigation, including M&A litigation, derivative suits, and corporate control disputes.
Farnan focuses her practice primarily on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in the Delaware state and federal courts, representing large defense contractors, cable companies, airlines, technology companies, and pharmaceutical companies
