Construction has commenced on the second set of apartment buildings in Phase 1A of Leander Lakes Apartments on Route 8 near Dover High School.
When complete, Phase I will include six apartment buildings and a 4,000 square foot community center.
The entire project will eventually consist of ten apartment buildings within the complex, a community center, fitness tness center and swimming pool. Each apartment building has 38,000 square feet and has 24 units with a mix of two and three bedroom apartments. Each apartment has two full baths and either a patio on the ground oor units or a balcony on the upper units.
