Wilmington restaurant owner Bryan Sikora is returning to the Kennett Square, PA.
Hearth Kitchen will feature wood-fired pizza, handmade pastas, and other locally inspired entrees, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page.
Hearth will serve lunch and dinner and will be located at the Shoppes at Longwood Village. A May opening is anticipated. Follow us on Facebook for updates!
Sikora operates the upscale La Fia restaurant. Merchant Bar and Latino restaurant Cocina Lolo, in the lower Market Street area of downtown Wilmington. La Fia has gained regional recognition for its offerings.
Sikora and his former wife Aimee Oxley co-founded Talula’s Table in Kennett Square. The 10-year-old restaurant is known for offering reservations a year in advance. Last-minute reservations are sometimes available for the nightly seating.
The affluent Kennett area, with the drawing card of Longwood Gardens, has become a dining destination for restaurant owners with a Delaware presence.
The owners of Grain in Newark have acquired the Half Moon in downtown Kennett, with Two Stones operating a beer-focused gastropub.
