Burris Logistics to build refrigerated warehouse in Georgia

Burris Logistics completed the purchase of a 55-acre property at 350 King Mill Road in McDonough, GA,  a community south of Atlanta.

The Milford, DE- based logistics company will soon commence  construction of 250,000 square foot, public refrigerated warehouse with 28,000 pallet positions, and an attached office on the property.

The site  will create over 75 local jobs in its first phase. Construction is slated to be completed in January 2018. in January 2018.

Established in 1925, Burris Logistics operates a network of temperature controlled warehousing and distribution centers from Florida to Massachusetts. 

The fifth generation, family company has  four distinct operating divisions: Burris Custom Retail Distribution; Burris PRW Plus (Public Refrigerated Warehousing); Burris Freight Management; and Honor Foods, a redistributor of frozen, refrigerated and dry food service products.
