The Constitution Yards beer garden is open for the winter.
The popular Wilmington Riverfront site will be open Thursday-Sunday through the winter months and will provide beverages for customers of the Horizon Services Riverfront (ice skating) Rink.

The rink, now opens every day, was closed earlier in the week, due to rain.

Both Constitution Yards and the Riverfront Rink were developed by the Riverfront Development Corp., an entity of the State of Delaware.
Hundreds of millions of dollars in residential, office, hotel and retail development have taken place at the riverfront, with the RDC now focusing on making the area a year-around destination.
