The Riverfront Development Corporation of Delaware (RDC) announced today the appointment of Megan M. McGlinchey to the role of Executive Director of the Corporation, effective immediately. In her role as Acting Executive Director, she has managed the day-to-day operation of the organization, which includes the Chase Center on the Riverfront, the Delaware Children’s Museum, the Riverfront Market, the DuPont Environmental Education Center, Riverwalk Mini Golf, and Horizon Riverfront Rink.

“Megan’s selection as Executive Director was a unanimous decision. The Board is thrilled that she has agreed to take on this leadership role at the RDC,” said Peggy Strine, chair of the board of directors.

“I am honored to play a small part in the transformation of our city, and I am grateful to be chosen to lead this incredible organization, with its outstanding staff and committed board of directors,” said McGlinchey, “I look forward to working on more exciting developments and projects in the future.”
