Ground was broken for the Center at Eden Hill. The facility will provide short-term rehabilitation after patients leave the hospital.
The facility is expected to be completed in j in December of 2017. The three-story, 65,000 square foot building will consist of 80 private rooms with private bathrooms in a hotel-style atmosphere.
More than 120 employees will staff the facility, including nursing professionals, physical, occupational and speech therapists, certified nursing assistants, administrative, support, and food service staff.
The ceremony was conducted by the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce.
