Comcast will open up its Xfinity WiFi hotspots to all on CyberMonday, Nov. 28.
Comcast noted that The National Retail Federation estimates that 36 percent of consumers plan to take advantage of Cyber Monday online deals this year. Many bargain-hunters will be away from their homes, as they travel to and from work, running errands around town or visiting family and friends.

Comcast markets the WiFi system to retailers whose customers are demanding WiFi access since wireless phone networks many times offer poor reception inside a building.
Xfinity WiFi public hotspots will be free to all from 6 a.m. Eastern on Monday 28 to 6 a,m. on Nov. 29. The hotspots are always available to Xfinity customers and non-customers.
To log in to Xfinity WiFi, click on the “xfinitywifi” network ID from the list of available networks on your device and sign in.
