Rogin joins Eckert Seamans law firm

screen-shot-2016-10-17-at-10-38-04-pmEckert Seamans welcomed  Alexandra Rogin to its Wilmington and Philadelphia offices as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Division.

She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation matters, such as stockholder disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and contract disputes. She also concentrates her practice on professional negligence and products liability actions.

Before joining private practice, Rogin served as a judicial clerk to  Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She also served as a law clerk to a civil defense firm, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable David R. Strawbridge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Rogin earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2015 from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Drexel Law Review. She earned her B.A. and B.S. in 2012 from the University of Delaware.
