Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. announced that Detroit-based distributor Choctaw-Kaul Distribution Co. leased space in the Twin Spans Business Park, New Castle.
Choctaw-Kaul recently leased 104,268 square feet of warehouse sales and distribution space at 500 Ships Landing Way. HHA has added three new tenants to the 500 building since July totaling 160,000 square feet of commercial space.The building is fully occupied.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Choctaw-Kaul is a manufacturer and distributor of gloves, personal protective equipment, safety supplies, janitorial supplies, personal protective equipment, hand tools, power tools and MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) supplies.
