Tipton Communications adds to staff

Tipton Communications welcomed Lauren Mancini to the team as a lead videographer and communication specialist. She will be responsible for identifying video and social media marketing opportunities for Tipton’s many clients.

Mancini is a recent graduate of the University of Delaware where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in journalism. At the University of Delaware, she was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America and served as a senior editor at UDress Magazine, where she led a small team of writers for the bi-annual, student-run publication. Before interning with Tipton, she interned with UD’s Athletic Multimedia program and Lionize Productions, where she served as both an editor and videographer.

First State Manufacturing announced that Alex Burgos has been promoted to Assistant Manager of Production overseeing the cutting area, commercial and government projects as well as sharing oversight of product engineering.

Bryn Mawr Bank appoints Bahn

Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation announced the appointment of Ronald Bahn, MBA as Assistant Vice President, SBA Portfolio Manager for BMT, effective June 13, 2016. Bahn will be based at BMT’s headquarters in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and will report directly to Senior Vice President Credit Administration, Marilee Connor.

Bahn joined BMT from PNC bank in Philadelphia, where he served as Banking Officer and Corporate Banking Senior Associate Underwriter. In the years prior, he was SBA Asset Manager and Business Banking Relationship Manager at PNC.

He earned an MBA from Eastern University and holds his undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University.

Patterson-Schwartz additions

Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate welcomed Ryan Dill to their Newark office as a sales associate licensed in Delaware. Ryan has a background in finance and technology.

Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate welcomed David T. King to their Rehoboth Beach office as a Sales Associate licensed in Delaware. Spanning a career of over 20 years in New York City’s competitive commercial retail leasing industry, King relocated to Rehoboth Beach in 2005 and established himself in the Sussex County real estate community.

He has also earned recognition for his sales production as well as his contributions to the community. King studied at the University of Delaware and is a former Rehoboth Beach lifeguard, a local Mason and a Masonic member in New York State.

As a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS, King specializes in subdivision development, and working with sellers and buyers in the resort areas of coastal Delaware and eastern Sussex County.

Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate welcomed Kristin Snyder to their Hockessin office as a sales associate licensed in Delaware. Snyder earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and has a background in the banking industry.

Berkshire Hathaway adds associate

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Newark Office, welcomed Lauren E. Press as a Sales Associate. Press is a member of the New Castle County Board of  Realtors and the Delaware and National Associations of  Realtors.
