3E Marketing Solutions (3EMS), a Wilmington-based marketing firm, has created the P.E.R.K. Academy, a small business accelerator learning center offering a selection of courses taught by local experts.
The P.E.R.K. Academy (Presence, Engagement, Relevance and Knowledge) is the brainchild of Donna Duffy, co-founder of 3EMS, author of the recently released book, “Embracing Autumn: A Motivational Field Guide for Midlife Women Entrepreneurs,” and the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce 2015 “Business Woman of the Year.”
“In serving and supporting small business owners over the past six years,” Duffy said, “we consistently see owners stuck and overwhelmed with various but necessary aspects of business in which they need a level of proficiency in order to be successful. Our vision for 3EMS is to be a beacon on a hill for small business, and the P.E.R.K. Academy supports that vision.”
The P.E.R.K. Academy, open to the public, is also offered as a monthly membership program. Individuals may enroll at $37.00 per month and will receive benefits that include discounted classes, mastermind groups and access to special resources.
