Donna Duffy, CEO & Founder of 3E Marketing Solutions, Wilmington, has been named Business Woman of the Year Award.
The award will be presented at the 25th Annual Entrepreneurial & Business Women’s Expo on Nov. 10 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront.
The business owner and author first worked in hospitality management and ended up spending nearly two decades in the Middle East before returning this country and securing a position in the education field.
In 2006, Duffy and her business partner, Pat Howes, she started an event planning business, Memorable Milestones, LLC, and six months after that, launched a tutoring company, Academic Connections Tutoring Services.
She later started 3E, which has event planning and educational components.
The expo is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The event is presented by the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. It was founded by Dian Taylor, CEO of Artesian Resources, Newark.
Congratulations, Donna! What an amazing Memorable Milestone of your own you have reached! And a book launch too! Double kudos to you!
It’s truly an accomplishment of which to be proud. You have continued on through some pretty weighty times and come out on the other side looking pretty, smelling sweet and nobody (almost) saw you sweat!
An admirable effort!
God bless you as you start up the next ladder to even greater heights.
Admiringly,
Virginia
