Delaware State Police detectives are on the lookout for a Delmar man who allegedly took money from an elderly man in an investment scheme.
The man is identified as Rodney Bounds, 48. In February Bounds approached a 76-year-old Delmar man, and asked the victim to invest in a helicopter business. The victim turned over $5,000. Bounds contacted the victim several months later and received more money for the business.
For the past several months, the victim has been able to find Bounds and detectives have not found any signs that the helicopter company was a legitimate business.
